Clare Howden initially trained as a psychologist and managed children's rights on film sets before turning her hand to business management. Clare established her own recruitment consultancy in London and grew the business successfully for close to a decade. Prior to taking on the leadership role at Futrix, Clare managed the financial aspect of the company for several years. As CEO, Clare has led Futrix through a period of substantial growth and change. |
Jack Duncan - Chief Executive Officer Americas

Jack has over 25 years of enterprise software management experience driving growth and penetrating new markets. Over the past 12 years Jack has focused on business intelligence and analytics business development with SAS Institute and more recently Space-Time Research as Global Vice President of Alliances & Channels. Jack's roles at SAS included Managing Director of EMEA, Business Development Director, and Global Channel Sales Director. Prior to this Jack held General Management positions at Tektronix and Cadre as well as Chief Operating Officer positions with two software startup companies. Jack's educational background includes a BS in Physics and an MBA in Finance. |
Leigh Taggart - Chief financial Officer

Leigh has over 20 years of financial management and corporate governance experience gained in Europe, the USA and New Zealand. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, textiles, distribution, leisure, banking, not-for-profit and management consulting. She is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Treasurer having qualified for both in the UK, where she specialized in establishing Corporate Treasury functions. Leigh joined Futrix in 2010 and is applying her wealth of skills to this growing business. |

Jon Holmes - Advisor
| Jon is a partner at KPMG and a Chartered Accountant. For a number of years Jon has provided accounting and tax services to the Futrix Group and is a member of the Futrix Advisory Board. Jon joined KPMG in 1995 and has been a Partner in the Wellington Business Advisory practice since 2009. With a number of years experience in providing business advisory services to private business, Jon has a thorough understanding of the issues facing New Zealand ICT businesses and is focussed on adding value to those businesses. Jon is also an advisory board member for a number of other private business clients. |
